About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to drive new business revenue across technology consulting and SaaS offerings. This is a pure individual contributor role with ownership of the entire sales lifecycle and annual revenue targets. The role requires a strong background in technology sales, with expertise in enterprise solution selling and SaaS-based engagements.
Responsibilities
- Own and achieve annual revenue targets across:
- Technology consulting services
- SaaS solutions
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle:
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Client discovery and requirement mapping
- Solution positioning and demos (with pre-sales)
- Commercial negotiation and closure
- Build and manage a strong, qualified sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Identify and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients
- Engage with CXOs and key decision-makers to position technology solutions
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams for solution alignment
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, reporting, and pipeline tracking
- Track market trends, competition, and emerging tech opportunities
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in technology sales (IT services / SaaS / digital solutions)
