Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Associate / Senior Associate role based in Kolkata. The Associate will be responsible for generating RFQ's from market, coordinating with team, clients and insurers, conducting market research, and managing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include analyzing risks, preparing customized insurance proposals, negotiations & placement, relationship management, assisting with claims processes, and contributing to the development of risk management strategies. The role requires active collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills for risk assessment and market analysis
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to manage client and stakeholder interactions
- Organizational and multitasking skills to handle client portfolios and claims documentation
- Proficiency in using technology and analytical tools for insurance and risk management purposes
- Experience in insurance or risk management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Candidates having prior experience in Corporate Sales, Insurance, Insurance Broking will be preferred.
