Role Description
The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, building and maintaining relationships, and driving sales in luxury real estate. This full-time, on-site role, based in Hennur, Bengaluru, involves conducting property presentations, negotiating deals, providing tailored property advisory services, and ensuring an exceptional client experience through every stage of the sales process. Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Deal Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of Real Estate Market Trends and Luxury Property Sales
- Effective Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to strategize, demonstrate professionalism, and drive business growth
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in prior roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in luxury or high-end property segments is an advantage
