Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Senior Sales Representative. The individual in this position will be responsible for identifying potential leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving enrollment for Arena Animation’s courses. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting presentations, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in CRM software and Sales Reporting.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the education, animation, or media sector is a plus.
- High level of professionalism and motivation to work in a goal-driven environment.
