Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Representative located in Noida. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role includes negotiating contracts, providing product demonstrations, generating leads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the individual will monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies and maximize growth.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales, Business Development, and Client Management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and lead generation
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related technology
- Ability to work independently and foster long-term client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the automotive or industrial coatings industry is a strong advantage
