Role Description
Position: Senior Sales Recruiter
Experience : 5 to 10 Years
Location: Hyderabad.
The Senior Sales Recruiter will oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for sales roles. The position requires active collaboration with hiring managers and account teams to define recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and manage the recruitment process. Regular communication with stakeholders to meet hiring targets efficiently is key to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
- Proficiency in Hiring practices and strategies, as well as Account Management
- Exceptional Communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
