Role Description:
The Senior Sales Officer will oversee day-to-day sales activities, including managing sales operations, engaging with channel sales partners, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include lead generation, converting leads into clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lodhika.
Job Description:
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and experience in managing Channel Sales
- Should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in sales.
- Proven expertise in Customer Service and Lead Generation
- Strong written and verbal Communication skills
- Ability to strategize and achieve sales targets within given timelines
- Familiarity with the packaging industry or relevant experience is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
