Distributor Development
• Identify, evaluate, and appoint new distributors in Rajpura and surrounding areas to strengthen channel presence.
• Ensure distributor infrastructure readiness — storage, manpower, vehicle, and financial capability.
• Set monthly/quarterly secondary sales targets for distributors and monitor achievement.
• Resolve channel conflicts and ensure distributor satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct regular business review meetings (BRM) with distributors to track performance.
Sales & Market Coverage
• Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets assigned for the territory.
• Expand retail outlet coverage — ensure numeric and weighted distribution across all channels.
• Execute beat plans and journey plans effectively to maximize market coverage.
• Monitor and control stock levels at distributor and retail points to avoid OOS situations.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions; share market intelligence with management.
Detailing & Brand Promotion
• Conduct structured product detailing sessions with retailers.
• Effectively communicate product features, USPs, and schemes to drive off-take.
• Ensure proper brand visibility — display, shelf space, POSM placement at retail outlets.
• Drive awareness of new product launches in the assigned territory through demo and detailing.
• Maintain a call average and coverage frequency as per company norms.
