Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing customer relations and providing exceptional customer service, generating leads, executing sales operations, and driving channel sales. This individual will play an essential role in identifying business opportunities, building strong partnerships, and contributing to revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities
- Effective Communication skills to convey ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
- Experience in Sales Operations and managing end-to-end sales processes
- Proficiency in Channel Sales and developing effective sales partnerships
- Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Prior experience in the food, feed, or nutraceutical industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
