Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Officer, located in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, driving lead generation, managing channel sales, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers, achieving sales targets, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Proficiency in Lead Generation strategies and techniques to enhance market presence
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively
- Experience with Sales Operations and Channel Sales to drive revenue growth
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and prepare actionable insights
- Knowledge of the local market in Jammu & Kashmir is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
