Senior Marketing Manager – Government
Projects & Institutional Sales
Experience: 4–10 Years (Minimum 4–5 years in Government Projects)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with expertise in government
liaisoning, institutional sales, and tender management. The ideal candidate should have
hands-on experience working with NBCC, CPWD, PWD, and other government departments,
with a proven ability to generate business through government projects and tenders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop business with government departments and institutional clients.
Manage liaisoning with NBCC, CPWD, PWD, and similar organizations.
Identify, prepare, and submit tenders through GeM and e-procurement portals.
Build relationships with government officials, consultants, architects, and contractors.
Drive sales for furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and turnkey interior projects.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Achieve sales targets and business growth.
Key Requirements
4–10 years of experience in government sales and marketing.
Strong exposure to NBCC, CPWD, PWD, and government tendering.
Experience in furniture, modular interiors, or turnkey projects preferred.
Good knowledge of GeM Portal, BOQ preparation, and e-tendering.
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Existing network with government officials and consultants is an added advantage.
