We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead Sales & Marketing in the Interior Design & Architecture space, driving business growth across India and international markets.
Role Overview
This is a leadership role responsible for managing the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and order acquisition to project execution coordination and final closure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Tech/B.Arch)
- 10–15 years of experience in interior design / architectural sales & marketing
- Proven track record in handling high-value projects (India & international markets)
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Build strong networks with architects, consultants, and corporate clients
- Drive strategic partnerships and market expansion
Sales & Order Acquisation
- Understand client needs and present customized design solutions
- Lead client presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Convert leads into confirmed project orders
Execution Coordination
- Collaborate with design and project teams for seamless execution
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery
- Monitor project milestones and client satisfaction
Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Build long-term relationships and ensure repeat business
Closing & Revenue Management
- Oversee billing, collections, and final project closure
- Ensure timely order closure and revenue realization
- Achieve and exceed sales targets

- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Deep understanding of interior execution processes
- Strong understanding of various products like Laminate, Veneer, PET, and other interior related hardware products and accessories
- Client-focused approach with strategic thinking
- Ability to manage large-scale, high-value projects
Compensation: ₹15–18 LPA (based on experience and performance)
Location: India (with exposure to international projects)
