Role Description The Senior Sales Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The person in this role will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth across fire safety, IT infrastructure, security, and surveillance offerings. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns, preparing proposals, and delivering product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. The role will also involve building and maintaining long-term client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery. The Senior Sales Marketing Executive will monitor competitor activity, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute effective sales and brand-building strategies.
- Proficiency in Market Research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Proven experience in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in B2B environments.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Experience in fire safety, IT infrastructure, security, or surveillance domains is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple opportunities in parallel.
- Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office (or similar), and basic data analysis for sales and marketing reporting.
