Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Manager specializing in Sales and Business Development of SS Coils , Sheets and Tubes in different gardes like SS 202, 304 , 409 , 416 ,430 etc . The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, acquiring and managing key accounts, and building relationships with clients to boost sales growth. The role includes conducting market analysis, identifying business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will also develop and implement sales processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a strong understanding of the stainless steel market to meet and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development, especially in the stainless steel sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Stainless Steel grades , products and market trends
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in creating and implementing sales strategies and driving performance metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in any stream, with an MBA being a plus
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and adhere to ethical business practices
- Experience in handling large-scale clients and high-value transactions is an advantage
