Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Thane, Maharashtra. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing client relationships, particularly with SMEs. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, managing the sales lifecycle, negotiating deals, meeting revenue goals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves creating market-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and contributing to the company’s overall expansion in the region.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
- Experience in relationship management and customer acquisition, particularly in the financial services or NBFC sector.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales performance.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to manage client interactions and deliver impactful pitches.
- Thorough understanding of financial products such as Business Loans, Healthcare Equipment Finance, and Loans Against Property is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Willingness to work from the Thane location with availability for in-person client meetings and travel as needed.
