We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager (Interiors) to lead customer acquisition, showroom sales, conversion strategy, and revenue growth for residential interior projects.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Senior Sales Manager (Interiors) – B2C to lead our residential interiors sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, converting leads into successful projects, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.
This role requires strong experience in the home interiors and modular solutions industry, with a deep understanding of customer expectations, sales conversion strategies, and end-to-end coordination of interior projects. The candidate will work closely with design, operations, production, and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry to project completion.
The position is best suited for professionals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, team leadership, and delivering high-value interior solutions in a fast-growing and target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive B2C sales for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through walk-ins, references, digital platforms, architects, channel partners, and marketing campaigns.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed projects through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budget expectations.
- Conduct detailed client meetings and presentations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, design teams, production, and operations.
- Handle escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor the sales team to improve productivity and conversions.
- Monitor sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closure ratios.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
Showroom & Market Operations
- Oversee showroom sales activities and customer experience standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation activities.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and revenue analysis.
- Maintain CRM and sales tracking systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments for project execution and timely delivery.
Required Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- MBA is preferred.
Experience Required
- 6+ years of experience in B2C sales.
- Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Mandatory experience in Interiors / Modular Furniture / Home Interiors industry.
- Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered.
