Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager - Institutional & Corporate Sales, located in Gurugram. The role involves driving sales targets by building relationships with institutional and corporate clients, managing sales strategies, and growing the corporate client base. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients, negotiating contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution. The Senior Sales Manager will also lead a team to achieve organizational goals and deliver exceptional service aligned with the brand’s standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Institutional & Corporate Sales and the ability to achieve sales targets and develop strategic initiatives
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
- Leadership and team management expertise with a focus on achieving team goals
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively
- Knowledge of the luxury automotive market and previous experience in premium automotive sales is advantageous
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or relevant field
- Excellent organizational skills and a customer-oriented mindset
