Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Manager role located in Noida. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for business development, sales management, and client relationship management for HVAC fans and ventilation products.
Key responsibilities include make approvals with the concerned authorities - government departments, consultants, contractors & other key decision makers . identifying potential market opportunities, negotiating contracts, collaborating with engineering teams for customized solutions, developing sales strategies, and preparing detailed reports and forecasts to meet revenue targets. The Senior Sales Manager will also work closely with existing clients like OEMs and will explore new markets for business expansion.
Qualifications
· 5 years experience in the HVAC industry is a must .
· Established relationships with key decision makers in the HVAC Fans industry - consultants,
contractors, government departments etc.
- Expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in negotiating contracts and achieving sales targets within the HVAC or related industries
- Proficiency in fan selection, market research, and sales forecasting
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC fans and ventilation products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving market expansion
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of export markets and international trade is a strong advantage
