Job Title: Real Estate Manager

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month + Performance Incentives
About the Role:
We are looking for a result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to handle property sales for our residential project in Kharar. This role focuses on lead conversion, client handling, channel management, and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and generate leads through brokers, online portals, and referrals.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Recommend suitable residential properties to clients.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage channel partners, brokers, and CRM records.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years in real estate/property sales, preferably residential projects.
- Knowledge of Kharar, Mohali, Chandigarh real estate market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client handling skills.
- Experience with channel partner management, brokers, and CRM tools.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional.
