Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive – Dholera Region
Location: Dholera, Gujarat
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in real estate
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the Dholera market. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of local real estate trends, investment opportunities, and client handling within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for real estate projects in the Dholera region
- Provide expert guidance to clients on property investment opportunities
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Stay updated with Dholera market trends, pricing, and regulatory developments
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (preferably in Dholera or nearby markets)
- Strong knowledge of Dholera SIR and surrounding developments
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and in a team
