Role Summary:
PaRa Music is looking for a dynamic and well-connected Senior Sales Manager ā Brand Solutions to drive brand partnerships and sponsorship revenue across our music properties, original content, and artist-led projects. This is a high-impact revenue role that requires strong relationships within the marketing ecosystem and the ability to convert creative music ideas into compelling brand opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ā ā Drive sponsorship and brand partnership revenue across PaRa Musicās music properties, artist collaborations, digital content, and special projects.
ā¢ā ā Identify and secure brand integrations for music-led IPs, songs, digital formats, live properties, and branded entertainment initiatives.
ā¢ā ā Build and leverage strong relationships with CMOs, marketing heads, and senior brand decision-makers across leading advertisers and agencies in India.
ā¢ā ā Conceptualize and pitch innovative music-led brand solutions aligned with brand marketing objectives.
ā¢ā ā Own and deliver on defined revenue targets and sponsorship goals.
ā¢ā ā Work closely with internal teams, including content, artists, marketing, and production to develop brand-friendly music properties and execute partnerships successfully.
Key Requirements:
ā¢ā ā 5ā8 years of experience in brand partnerships, media sales, entertainment sales, or sponsorship sales.
ā¢ā ā Proven track record of closing brand deals and consistently achieving revenue targets.
ā¢ā ā Strong network with marketing heads, brand managers, and agency leaders across top advertisers in India.
ā¢ā ā Understanding of branded content, entertainment IPs, and music marketing ecosystems.
ā¢ā ā Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
