About the Role:
This is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and managing the sales function for the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Identify, approach, and close high-value partnerships with brands and agencies
- Lead client interactions including pitches, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across industries
- Develop customized solutions based on client objectives (content, influencer campaigns, brand collaborations)
- Mentor and manage junior sales team members, ensuring performance and alignment
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables
- Track sales performance, revenue metrics, and conversion ratios to optimize processes
- Build long-term relationships with key clients for repeat business and partnerships
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities
Eligibility Criteria:
- 6–7 years of experience in digital sales, media sales, or brand partnerships
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving revenue targets
- Strong experience working with brands and/or agencies
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Prior experience in team management or mentoring
- Strong industry network and relationship-building ability
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
