Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Manager focusing on B2B cloud and SaaS solutions. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee and drive enterprise-level sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with clients, identify and seize market growth opportunities, and lead sales negotiations. Responsibilities include managing the sales lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets while fostering long-term client satisfaction. The role also involves mentoring and leading sales teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in B2B sales with a proven track record in cloud and SaaS solutions
- Skills in market analysis, strategic planning, and sales forecasting
- Experience in client relationship management, negotiation, and contract closing
- Knowledge of AI and blockchain technologies is a strong advantage
- Ability to lead and mentor high-performing sales teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing engagements
- Self-driven with the ability to execute strategically in a fully remote environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
