Role Description
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing client accounts, and identifying opportunities for business development. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, developing market penetration strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, and meeting sales goals. The individual will also monitor market trends, present insights to leadership, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Business Development
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Problem-solving
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement
