Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth in UPVC/CPVC pipes and fittings distribution across Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh & Gujrat States.
Role Summary:
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in the UPVC/CPVC pipes and fittings distribution business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new dealers, distributors, contractors, and institutional clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure timely order execution.
• Lead and guide the sales team for optimal performance.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of sales experience in UPVC/CPVC pipes & fittings Items.
• Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven with excellent negotiation abilities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Lead Generation, and Negotiation
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and mentoring
- Ability to build and maintain key client relationships for sustained business growth
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Background in the Plastic Pipes & Fittings industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage
