Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Indore for the role of Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and build long-term client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales forecasts and reports. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives and align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Management, Account Development, and Territory Expansion
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Business Development
- Ability to analyze Market Trends, set Sales Goals, and formulate Strategic Plans
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in Team Leadership, Motivation, and Performance Management
- Familiarity with hardware and industrial fittings or experience in a similar industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
