Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and execute effective sales strategies, and grow customer relationships. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, managing client accounts, conducting market analysis, preparing sales presentations, and achieving revenue targets. Additionally, the role requires coordination with internal teams to address client needs and ensure seamless project delivery while upholding the company’s values of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, client relationship handling
- Proficiency in conducting market research, creating sales strategies, and driving business development initiatives
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
- Knowledge or experience in the engineering, defense, or infrastructure industries is preferable
- Proficiency in business software tools (e.g., CRM platforms) and reporting techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; MBA preferred
