Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Sales Manager at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the hotel's sales strategy and managing key accounts to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility. The role also involves mentoring junior sales staff to ensure team success.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales, business development, and negotiation
- Strong skills in market research, strategic planning, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to lead and mentor teams
- Experience in the hospitality or luxury hotel industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site working environment
