CTC: ₹3.00 – ₹6.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
Experience: Minimum 2+years in Sales/ BFSI /Insurance
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Job Role:
• Recruit and manage Business Partners to expand the agency network
• Support partners in hiring and developing insurance agents
• Drive life insurance sales through field activities
• Provide training, motivation, and sales guidance to the team
• Conduct regular field visits and maintain partner relationships
• Achieve sales targets and ensure business growth
