Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales lifecycle, including lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets. They will be responsible for developing strategies to grow revenue, mentoring a team of sales professionals, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also entails ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining accurate sales records.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation and relationship building with Schools / Education Institutes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the education, e-learning, or technology sector is a strong advantage
