Key Responsibilities:
● Revenue & Market Expansion Spearhead direct revenue generation and establish a strong brand presence within the city, focusing on high-value B2B client acquisition.
● Lead Generation & Business Development Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, site visits, and digital platforms. Build relationships with corporates, co-working operators, real estate developers, and architects.
● Consultative Sales Approach Engage with key decision-makers to understand client needs and present customized commercial interior solutions, including workspace strategy, design-build, and turnkey execution.
● End-to-End Sales Ownership Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead qualifi cation and site evaluation to proposal development, contract negotiation, and successful deal closure.
● Market Intelligence Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging demands within the commercial real estate and interiors sector.
● Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with design, project, and execution teams to ensure seamless delivery aligned with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
● Pipeline & CRM Management Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and client engagement records using CRM tools and analytics platforms.
● Brand Representation Act as a brand ambassador for Serein Spaces at industry forums, networking events, and client meetings to enhance visibility and credibility.
Core Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Design, or a related fi eld (MBA preferred).
● 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within commercial interiors, workspace solutions, or commercial real estate.
● Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing complex B2B deals.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and C-level executives.
● Profi ciency in CRM tools, MS Offi ce, and sales analytics platforms.
● Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
