💼 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Fundraising & Investor Relations with 8–10 years of proven success in financial product sales.
This is a client-facing, revenue-driven role focused on new client acquisition, investor relationship management, and achieving defined sales targets. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and skilled at closing high-value financial deals.

🎯 Key Responsibilities🔹 Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking & referrals
- Promote NBFC loans (Personal/Business), Mutual Funds & Real Estate Investments
- Build a strong, independent sales pipeline
🔹 Investor & Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Provide end-to-end support for queries, documentation & investment processing
- Drive repeat business through trust and advisory-led selling
🔹 Meetings, Presentations & Closures
- Conduct telephonic product discussions and follow-ups
- Schedule and attend in-person client meetings
- Deliver financial presentations and close deals confidently
🔹 Target Ownership
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets & KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth
🔹 Cross-Selling & Upselling
- Analyze financial profiles to identify additional revenue opportunities
🔹 Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
- Share weekly pipeline and performance reports
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
✔ 8–10 years of experience in financial product sales (NBFC / Mutual Funds / Real Estate)
✔ Strong English communication (verbal & written)
✔ Proven negotiation & closing ability
✔ Experience handling HNI / SME clients preferred
✔ Confident in telephonic & face-to-face product pitching
✔ CRM knowledge & MS Office proficiency
✔ High initiative, persistence & customer-focused mindset
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Marketing / Business Administration or related field
- NISM / Mutual Fund certifications preferred
