Senior Sales Manager :
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth in the real estate sector.
Job Role:
Lead, manage, and motivate the complete sales team
Develop effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
Drive revenue growth and ensure strong conversion performance
Monitor team productivity and maintain sales discipline
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Train and guide team members for consistent performance improvement
Analyze market trends and create growth opportunities in the real estate sector
Requirements:
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the real estate industry
Prior experience as a Sales Manager is mandatory
Strong sales track record with proven leadership capability
Ability to handle and manage an entire sales team efficiently
Deep understanding and core knowledge of the real estate market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
Target-oriented mindset with strong business development ability
Salary & Benefits:
₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month (Based on experience & performance)
