About the Role
Real Capital Ventures is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team in Bangalore's premium, luxury, and ultra-luxury real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property consultants and sales executives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients.
- Monitor sales pipelines, lead management, and conversion performance.
- Conduct regular team training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a real estate channel partner firm in Bangalore.
- Proven experience in a senior sales manager, sales manager, or team leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the Bangalore real estate market and developer network.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong team management and relationship-building abilities.
