Sales Manager – IT Services
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad (Remote)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in IT Services sales and enterprise business development. This role will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing strategic enterprise accounts, and expanding relationships within GCCs (Global Capability Centers) across India. The ideal candidate should have strong hunting capabilities, proven revenue ownership experience, and the ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new logo acquisition and enterprise sales across assigned regions/accounts
• Develop and execute territory and account growth strategies
• Build and manage strong relationships with GCCs and enterprise customers in India
• Identify new business opportunities and drive consultative sales engagements
• Manage complete sales lifecycle including pipeline generation, proposal management, negotiation, and closure
• Work closely with presales, delivery, marketing, and practice teams to develop winning solutions
• Drive revenue growth through account mining, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
• Handle RFP/RFI/RFQ processes and commercial negotiations
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to understand business priorities and position value-driven solutions
• Maintain strong understanding of market trends, competition, and enterprise technology landscape
Required Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in IT Services / Enterprise Solution Sales
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with GCCs / Global Capability Centers in India
• Strong track record in new logo hunting and revenue generation
• Experience managing large enterprise accounts and strategic client relationships
• Proven experience in consultative selling and enterprise solution positioning
• Strong exposure to cloud, managed services, digital transformation, infrastructure, SaaS, cybersecurity, ERP, AI/ML, or enterprise technology solutions
• Experience in handling multi-million-dollar deals and strategic account growth
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Background:
Candidates from IT Services, Cloud, Digital Engineering, Managed Services, Enterprise Software, Consulting, or Technology Services organizations will be preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
