Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly professional, emotionally intelligent, and commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic client acquisition and revenue growth for our global mobility and international consulting division.
We are looking for consultative relationship builders who can confidently engage with premium and aspirational clients, understand personal and business motivations, and guide clients through high-value international decisions with credibility and trust.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of human psychology, relationship-based selling, and premium client servicing, along with the maturity to handle emotionally sensitive discussions related to relocation, family planning, global mobility, residency pathways, taxation, education, lifestyle aspirations, and international business expansion.
Candidates from industries involving high-trust advisory and relationship-driven sales environments will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and consultative sales execution.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to successful deal closure.
- Conduct high-level consultations with domestic and international clients regarding global mobility, residency, business expansion, incorporation, and international structuring solutions.
- Understand client aspirations, family priorities, long-term relocation goals, taxation concerns, education planning, lifestyle expectations, and global mobility objectives.
- Build strong emotional trust and long-term relationships with high-net-worth and aspirational clients.
- Offer customized solutions related to company formation, tax structures, compliance, work permits, opportunity cards, residency programs, and global mobility pathways.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures professionally.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene, forecasting, pipeline management, and conversion reporting.
- Collaborate closely with consulting, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute toward overall team performance and culture.
- Stay updated on immigration regulations, global mobility trends, residency programs, and international business frameworks.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

Commercial & Sales Capabilities- Proven experience in high-ticket consultative sales and revenue generation.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage premium clients and long sales cycles professionally.
- Strong CRM management skills using platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
- Ability to thrive in a target-oriented, fast-paced, and performance-driven environment.
