Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Noida. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and leading a team of real estate professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, mentoring team members, and ensuring revenue targets are met. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners, monitoring industry trends, and representing the company in client meetings and events.
Qualifications
- Strong sales acumen with skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
- Proficiency in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Training & Development
- Knowledge of Real Estate Market Trends, Project Sales, and Marketing in the property sector
- Proficient in Communication, Presentation, and Problem-Solving
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or similar sales roles is highly beneficial
