Key Responsibilities:Core Objectives:
- Rapid Sales Growth: Spearhead aggressive sales strategies to meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Expand Dealership Network: Identify, pitch, and onboard new dealership partners and distributors across targeted regions to scale our market footprint.
- Drive B2B Sales: Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, logistics companies, and fleet operators for bulk vehicle orders and institutional sales.
Strategic & Operational Roles:
- Market Penetration & Pipeline Management: Conduct market research to identify untapped territories, generate high-quality leads, and manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle.
- Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate and close complex contracts, ensuring profitable margins and long-term partnerships.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage promotional campaigns (like rental-to-ownership programs or new model launches) to drive immediate sales conversions.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, analyze market trends, and report directly to leadership on growth metrics and competitor activities.
- Customer Lifecycle Management: Ensure seamless onboarding for new B2B clients and dealers, fostering long-term retention and repeat business.
What We Are Looking For:- Experience: Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role, preferably within the Electric Vehicle (EV), automotive, or heavy machinery manufacturing sectors.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Network: An existing network of automotive dealers, fleet operators, or corporate clients is a massive plus.
- Drive: A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, willing to travel to expand our presence.
