We’re looking for someone who can handle the chaos of a 1,000-guest wedding on Saturday and close a long-term institutional catering contract on Monday.
Lick Sip Dip Private Limited is hiring a Senior Sales Manager in Delhi NCR.

Founded by IHM Pusa alumni, Lick Sip Dip has grown from a bootstrapped startup into one of Delhi NCR’s fast-growing gourmet catering companies.
Over the last 6 years, we’ve executed 2,000+ social events from luxury weddings and pre-wedding functions to curated house parties and premium celebrations.
Our sister concern, Caterbox Foodworks, handles corporate and institutional catering for companies, hospitals, and government organisations — serving 1,00,000+ meals every month.
We’re now entering our next growth phase, especially in premium weddings, corporate catering, and institutional partnerships.
And we’re building a serious sales team to do it.
YOUR ROLE
You’ll lead the revenue engine across both brands while managing and scaling the sales team directly alongside the founders.
This is not a reporting-heavy desk role.
We want someone who understands:
• Event sales
• Hospitality relationships
• Client handling under pressure
• Corporate closures
• Institutional sales cycles
• Ground-level execution
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
• Revenue growth across social events, corporate catering, and B2B food supply
• Sales strategy and process building
• Key client relationships and strategic partnerships
• Pipeline management, pricing, and conversions
• Team leadership and performance management
Current team structure:
• 2 Business Development Managers
• 4 Sales Executives
• 1 Sales Coordinator
• 1 Bakery Sales Executive
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 8–12 years of experience in hospitality, catering, events, or F&B sales
• Minimum 3+ years leading teams
• Strong Delhi NCR network preferred
• Experience in weddings/events is mandatory
• Someone equally comfortable in banquet halls, client meetings, and boardrooms
• Fluent in Hindi & English
