Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee and drive the sales process, develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with institutional partners, and achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, analyzing market trends, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to align business development efforts will also be an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Sales and Leadership skills, including team management, strategic planning, and achieving targets
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Market Research and Business Analysis skills to identify growth opportunities
- Experience in Client Account Management and fostering customer satisfaction
- Ability to adapt quickly to market dynamics and develop innovative sales strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the education and ed-tech industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
