Hiring | Senior Sales Manager – Channel Sales / Field Sales / Business Development

Location: North India
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive channel sales, field sales, and business development initiatives across the North India market. The role focuses on expanding market presence, building strong distributor and partner networks, and generating sustainable revenue growth within the Solar, Renewable Energy, and EPC sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, channel development, and regional market expansion, with the ability to manage large territories and deliver consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage channel partner networks across assigned territories
- Drive field sales and business development activities in North India markets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients
- Achieve regional sales targets and revenue objectives
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activity and customer demand
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, project execution, and after-sales support
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2–10 years of experience in Channel Sales / Field Sales / Business Development
- Industry exposure to Solar, Renewable Energy, or EPC preferred
- Strong leadership and territory management capabilities
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multi-state sales operations
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions
