📄 JOB: Sr. Sales Manager – International Sales

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Sales Manager to lead global sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand international presence. The role involves building distributor relationships, managing key accounts, and developing strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and build distributor networks.
- Develop and execute international sales strategies.
- Manage key client relationships and ensure long‑term partnerships.
- Provide market insights, forecasts, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with CRM, marketing, product, and logistics teams.
Eligibility Requirements
- 5+ years of international sales experience.
- Valid passport and prior international travel for sales.
- Ability to hire and drive cars abroad for client visits.
- Preference for candidates with a valid USA visa.
- Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; CRM proficiency.
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
Additional Note
If hired for the Australian market, work timings will begin from 7 AM IST.
💰 Salary Range: ₹80,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month
