Role Description
The Senior Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and build relationships with clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include driving business growth, mentoring sales representatives, monitoring performance, conducting training sessions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in strategic planning, goal setting, and performance evaluation
- Leadership and team management skills, including experience mentoring and developing team members
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proven ability to deliver targets and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
