Profile – Senior Sales Manager / Mid-Market Sales Manager
Years of Experience – 8 to 12 Years

Solution Selling, Large Deal Closures, Business Development, and
Client Relationship Management with proven capabilities in Mid-Market & Enterprise
segment.
Responsibilities –
Drive IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity solution sales across Mumbai
region and assigned territories.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise and mid-market customers through strategic
business development activities.
Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, CISOs, Procurement teams,
and key decision-makers.
Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, account mining, and cross-
selling/up-selling opportunities.
Handle large enterprise accounts and manage complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to
closure.
Develop go-to-market strategies jointly with OEMs and closely work with OEM account
managers for pipeline growth.
Lead strategic discussions, client presentations, solution positioning, and commercial
negotiations.
Work closely with presales, technical, and delivery teams for solution architecture, demos,
proposals, and successful project execution.
Prepare and review RFPs, RFIs, proposals, commercial quotations, and contract negotiations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets along with profitability goals.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, emerging technologies, and customer requirements
in IT & cybersecurity domain.
Job Requirements –
∙Any Graduate. MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing would be an added advantage.
∙8-12 years of proven experience in IT sales / cybersecurity sales / enterprise solution
sales.
∙Strong experience in enterprise account management, large deal closures, and
strategic sales.
∙Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, cloud solutions,
and managed services.
∙Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management
skills.
∙Strong network and enterprise IT connects in Mumbai region.
∙Ability to independently drive strategic customer engagements and business
expansion.
∙Leadership qualities with a self-driven, target-oriented, and team-player mindset.

Partner OEM Exposure –

Check Point, Zscaler, SentinelOne, or equivalent enterprise OEMs
