Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager at our Chennai location. The Senior Sales Manager will take ownership of developing and managing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Responsibilities include leading a high-performing sales team, identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving market expansion. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Management and Business Development with experience in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Retention skills
- Strong knowledge of Financial Products, Banking Solutions, and Market Trends
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking abilities to identify opportunities and devise effective sales strategies
- Leadership, Team Management, and Interpersonal Communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in private banking or financial services is a strong advantage
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and target-driven environment
