Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Manager role located in West Delhi. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and foster relationships with clients to drive revenue growth. The role involves managing and mentoring the sales team, setting performance targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include market research, identifying potential new markets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure product success.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including business development, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Team leadership and management experience, including mentoring, motivating, and performance evaluation
- Strategic planning and analysis, with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of the lighting or electrical industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a strong plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Fluency in Hindi and English is must
