Role: Senior Sales Manager | Solar EPC (C&I; Segment)

Location: Lucknow, Delhi NCR
Role Objective
To lead and grow Grun Power's solar EPC business across the assigned region by driving large-ticket C&I; rooftop opportunities, building strong industrial relationships, managing regional sales teams, and delivering a major share of the company's growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
l Drive C&I; rooftop solar sales across UP, NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, MP and Rajasthan.
l Build and maintain a strong pipeline of industrial and commercial opportunities through direct outreach, references, channel partners and consultants.
l Personally lead large-ticket deal closures, including commercial negotiations, proposal strategy and conversion.
l Build strong relationships with industrial owners, promoters, CFOs, plant heads, consultants and association networks.
l Identify high-potential industrial clusters and create state-wise go-to-market strategies for faster market penetration.
l Hire, mentor and manage a high-performance regional sales team with clear targets, reviews and execution discipline.
l Work closely with design, engineering, execution and finance teams to ensure smooth conversion from lead to project handover.
l Support structured sales models including CAPEX, RESCO / PPA and finance-linked solutions wherever relevant.
l Continuously strengthen Grun Power's market presence and credibility in the region.
Candidate Profile
l Experience: 8-10 years in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Industrial B2B Sales.
l Domain fit: Strong exposure to C&I; rooftop solar, EPC business development and deal closures.
l Commercial capability: Proven track record of handling meaningful annual order booking and closing large-value projects.
l Network strength: Existing access to industrial customers, channel ecosystem, consultants and decision-makers in the target region.
l Leadership: Ability to build, manage and inspire multi-location sales teams.
l Mindset: Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven, execution-focused and comfortable working in a high-growth founder-led environment.
