Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Trivandrum for a Senior Sales Manager at Featherlite. The role involves overseeing sales operations, developing and managing strategies to achieve sales targets, and nurturing client relationships. The Senior Sales Manager will lead a sales team, conduct market analyses, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Additionally, the role requires preparing sales reports and monitoring key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in sales processes.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, including the ability to formulate and implement effective sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in team leadership, including supervising, mentoring, and motivating a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, with a history of managing client relationships and partnerships.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, market research, and creating comprehensive sales reports to track performance and trends.
- Solid understanding of the furniture or similar industries, with an ability to align product offerings with market needs. Previous experience in the office furniture domain is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or equivalent advanced education is an advantage.
- High levels of self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, competitive environment.
