𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 & 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫: Manage a high-energy sales team to hit targets.
𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬: Drive high-value commercial leasing transactions.
𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬: Nurture long-term client partnerships.
𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐳𝐞: Design sales plans aligned with market trends.
𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
2–5 years of experience in Real Estate (Commercial Leasing preferred).
At least 2 years of proven individual sales success.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills (English & Hindi).
Deep knowledge of the Mumbai market.
