We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving business targets.
💼 Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
Build strong client relationships through direct/physical meetings
Monitor sales performance and report to management
Handle complete sales cycle from planning to closure
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Ensure timely payment collections
Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews
🎯 Requirements:-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or B.Tech.
3–5 years of sales experience (2–3 years in managerial role handling minimum 3–4 team members)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
